Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose and Scope #

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds, service cancellations, and financial adjustments may be requested or processed for services provided by The Xdemor Group Limited (“Xdemor”, “We”).

This Policy applies to all Clients receiving services under any of our brands or infrastructure, including:

  • xdorable.com
  • yourweb.zone
  • oneview.zone
  • webstudio.zone
  • services.support
  • weblink.zone
  • and related subdomains

2. General Policy – Non-Refundable Services #

Due to the nature of our business and the customisation of services, all rendered services are non-refundable once delivery has commenced or access has been granted, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting & Domain Services
  • SEO Services and Audits
  • Paid Media Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Web & Graphic Design
  • Subscription Plans and Platform Access
  • Consulting, Setup, and Onboarding
  • Software configuration, scripts, templates, and third-party integrations

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Partial usage
  • Client-requested discontinuation after work begins
  • Failure by the Client to utilise the service
  • Results or outcomes that depend on third-party algorithms (e.g. Google Search, Meta delivery)

We adhere to the advertising refund rules of platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, which typically do not allow for refunds once ads or service are served.

3. Exceptions – Potential Refund Cases #

A refund may be considered in the following limited scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment verified by our billing department
  • Erroneous charge due to internal system failure
  • Undelivered service due to non-initiation by Xdemor within 10 business days from confirmed payment (unless delayed by Client)

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed only upon submission of a formal Online Refund Request Form at: https://services.support/refund-request

All refund requests are subject to:

  • Review by Xdemor’s legal and accounting teams
  • Case-by-case evaluation within 15 business days
  • Refunds, if approved, being issued only via the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny requests lacking justification, outside the scope of eligibility, or not submitted via the required channel.

4. Service Cancellation #

You may cancel future use of our services by:

Early cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for:

  • Work already commenced or completed
  • Setup fees, customisations, or time-based usage

Xdemor reserves the right to cancel services for:

  • Non-payment or chargeback attempts
  • Breach of Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
  • Legal or compliance obligations

5. Automated Billing & Subscriptions #

Recurring billing continues until:

  • A formal cancellation is submitted
  • Xdemor confirms receipt and deactivation

Clients are solely responsible for managing their subscription status via their billing portal. We do not issue retroactive refunds for unused time due to client inaction.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes #

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support violates this Policy and may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Contract termination
  • Legal recovery of funds and damages

7. Contact & Support #

All refund, billing, and cancellation enquiries must go through:

No verbal, social media, or third-party communication will be considered valid for official refund handling.
