Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines rules and restrictions governing access to, and use of, infrastructure, tools, and services offered by The Xdemor Group Limited, Company No. 14456444, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul St., London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“Xdemor”, “We”, “Us”).

By using our services, You (“User”, “Client”, or “Partner”) agree to comply with this AUP. If You breach any part of this Policy, We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Your access with or without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Content #

You must not use any part of the Xdemor infrastructure to host, publish, transmit, or distribute any content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations (e.g. GDPR, UK DPA 2018)
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
  • Contains or promotes:
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
    • Unlicensed medical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical claims
    • Gambling, betting, lottery, or sweepstake offers
    • Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or misleading income promises
    • Deepfakes or AI-generated impersonations without clear disclosure
    • Hate speech, harassment, terrorism, political radicalisation, or incitement to violence
    • Disinformation campaigns or manipulated media

We follow the content restrictions of Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok, and You are expected to align Your use accordingly.

2. Prohibited Behaviour #

You must not engage in activities that:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
  • Circumvent security or authentication controls
  • Probe or scan networks without permission
  • Disrupt, overload, or abuse shared infrastructure (e.g. via scraping, spamming, DDoS)
  • Manipulate usage reporting, click-through rates, or analytics
  • Interfere with lawful investigations or violate enforcement hold requests

3. Platform Usage Restrictions #

Without prior written permission, You must not:

  • Launch or test automated bots or scrapers
  • Store or distribute malware, ransomware, or phishing code
  • Reuse our services to impersonate third-party brands or platforms
  • Upload or process sensitive personal data without legal basis (e.g. health, biometric, minors’ data)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate proprietary infrastructure

4. Use of Third-Party Plugins or AI Systems #

Where You integrate external tools (e.g. AI, automation, email delivery), You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper licensing and compliance
  • Preventing abuse or misuse by end-users
  • Notifying Your own users that services may involve automated decision-making

Use of ChatGPT-based tools or other large language models via our infrastructure must comply with ethical and transparency obligations.

5. Enforcement and Sanctions #

Xdemor may take enforcement action against violations, including but not limited to:

Level Description
Warning Notification of violation with request for remediation
Restriction Temporary limitation of access or features
Termination Suspension of account or service without refund
Escalation Referral to legal authorities or regulatory bodies, if required

We may act without notice in cases of high-risk or immediate harm (e.g. illegal content, fraud, child safety issues). Users will be notified post-action and may submit evidence or appeal within 7 business days.

6. Third-Party Complaints #

If We receive a valid complaint or legal notice from third parties (e.g. rights holders, regulatory authorities, or platform providers), We may:

  • Notify You of the complaint
  • Request immediate removal or correction
  • Take pre-emptive action to prevent continued violation

7. Responsibility for End-Users #

If You provide access to others (e.g. Your customers or team members), You are fully responsible for their actions. You must:

  • Inform them of this AUP
  • Monitor their activity for violations
  • Cooperate with Us in case of incident investigation
