Visual & Poster Design Product Policy

1. Scope and Applicability #

Xdemór Infrastructure delivers visual design services under structured creative and licensing standards. These services are provided through its own brands, licensed entities operating within the Xdemór Infrastructure, and third-party businesses using Xdemór’s brands under white-label agreements. The focus is on the creation and formatting of visual materials for digital or print use, based on predefined scopes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Static posters for web and print

  • Digital banners and advertising visuals

  • Social media carousels and campaign creatives

  • Motion visuals, video designs, animations (Note: detailed terms are further specified in a separate policy)

These services are offered through:

  • One-time requests

  • Subscription-based design support

  • Predefined service packages

2. Tools and Technologies Used #

Designs may be created using:

  • Canva

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Figma

  • Other professional tools, depending on project requirements

3. Order, Delivery and File Formats #

Deliverables are provided in the following formats:

  • By default:

    • 2 static files: .JPG and .SVG

    • 1 video file (if applicable): .MP4

  • Additional formats such as .PNG, .PDF, .PSD, .SVG,  .MP4  or other specific files are available upon request.

  • Source (editable) files are not included by default and must be explicitly requested in advance. They are subject to additional fees based on file type and volume.

Order and Delivery is conducted through:

  • 3.1. Order Submission
    Design requests are accepted through the following official channels:

    • Embedded request forms on the website of the relevant Xdemór brand

    • Email submissions following an approved proposal at: customer@services.support

    • CRM-based intake forms via the Xdemór client platform

    3.2. File Delivery
    Final deliverables are provided via email from customer@services.support, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    By default, the following files are included:

    • Static visuals: .JPG and .SVG

    • Motion content: .MP4

    Additional formats (.PNG, .PDF, .PSD, .AI, etc.) or editable source files are provided only upon prior request and may incur additional charges.

4. Ownership and Licensing #

4.1. Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, layouts, and visual assets, is owned exclusively by Xdemór Group.

If created under a brand owned or licensed by Xdemór (including white-label services), Xdemór reserves the right to:

  • Reuse or adapt visuals in other executions

  • Showcase works on external platforms or portfolios

  • Unless a copyright transfer is explicitly agreed upon and paid for separately

4.2. Usage Restrictions
Clients are not permitted to modify, resell, or repurpose the design outputs unless:

  • They are enrolled in an approved Resell Program, or

  • Hold an active license for modification or redistribution, issued by Xdemór under specific terms

5. Limitations and Disclaimers #

5.1. Software and Licensing Constraints
The scope of deliverables may be limited by:

  • Tool-specific functionality (e.g., Canva, Figma)

  • Licensing restrictions of third-party assets used in the design process

5.2. Client Delays
Xdemór bears no responsibility for any delivery delays caused by client-side factors, including but not limited to:

  • Missing or incomplete content

  • Lack of clear instructions or creative direction

  • Failure to provide timely approvals or feedback

  • Unresponsiveness to communication within the agreed timeframe

5.3. Third-Party Dependencies
Xdemór shall not be held liable for delays or limitations resulting from:

  • Technical disruptions or access restrictions in third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Cloud, Google or stock libraries)

  • Hosting, delivery, or communication failures of software vendors or infrastructure providers or subcontractor developing the work

  • Licensing limitations affecting visual or motion asset usage

5.4. Force Majeure
Xdemór is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • Internet outages, cyberattacks, or systemic infrastructure failure

  • War, governmental restrictions, or legal changes affecting the execution or delivery of services

5.4. Improper Use or Damage

  • Xdemór disclaims liability for any misuse, unauthorized changes, or damage to design files after delivery.

  • If a client requests a reissue due to file loss or alteration on their side, an additional fee may apply.

6. Source Files and Editable Assets #

Editable source files (e.g., .PSD, .AI, .FIG) are excluded unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.

They can be provided under these conditions:

  • Prior written request

  • Additional cost based on complexity and number of files

  • Compliance with Xdemór’s internal approval process
