Website Development Policy

1. Scope and Applicability #

Xdemór Infrastructure offers website development services following standard technical practices and supported frameworks. These services are available under its own brands, through licensed operators within the Xdemór Infrastructure, and via businesses using Xdemór’s white-label architecture. The focus is on developing, configuring, or integrating websites in accordance with agreed specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom Website Development

  • Ready-to-Use Website and their Templates

  • Integrations and extensions of existing websites

  • Plugin installation, widgets, and third-party system connections

2. Technological Framework #

Xdemór Infrastructure and affiliated brands operate using the following technological stack:

  • CMS platforms: WordPress (Divi, Elementor, Bricks)

  • Custom development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React

  • DevOps: Git repositories, staging environments, automated backups

  • Hosting: Fludnox (or partner provider, where explicitly stated)

3. Scope of Service and Responsibilities #

3.1. Development

Services include both frontend and backend development. Content, design, and functionality are defined by the selected service package or the client’s custom specifications.

3.2. Maintenance and Security

Included only under an active subscription agreement.
Without such a subscription, all responsibility for maintenance, security, and the proper functioning of the website rests entirely with the client.

3.3. Third Parties

Xdemór bears no responsibility for:

  • Issues resulting from hosting providers, plugins, APIs, or third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe);

  • Unavailability, failures, incompatibilities, or changes in the specifications or performance of such services;

  • Any consequences caused by third-party actions during or after the service has been delivered.

3.4. Client Access

Once the website has been delivered, any damage, compromise, or failure resulting from unauthorized interventions, edits, additions, or lack of maintenance by the client falls outside the scope of warranty.

4. Code Ownership and Usage #

4.1. Intellectual Property
All code, components, processes, or modules created by or derived from Xdemór Infrastructure or its licensed brands:

  • Remain the exclusive property of Xdemór Group unless otherwise contractually agreed;

  • May not be used, resold, or transferred without prior written authorization.

4.2. Reuse
If reuse of existing code/modules from a project related to Xdemór is requested:

  • A written request with justification is required;

  • Approval from an authorized Xdemór Group representative must be obtained.

5. Development and Handover Process #

5.1. Phases
Website development follows a structured process aligned with WordPress and the infrastructure used:

  • Needs identification

  • Development environment setup

  • Theme/template building and configuration

  • Integrations and personalization

  • Testing and finalization

  • Handover via credentials or admin account

5.2. Handover
Project delivery is conducted via:

  • Official provider channels (including Xdemór-branded partners);

  • For Xdemór ownership or access matters: customer@services.support

Xdemór is not liable for how partner brands collect, process, or deliver projects to their end clients.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers #

  • Xdemór makes no guarantee of delivery timeframes where delays are caused by the client or a third party critical to the integration process—e.g., missing content, lack of response, missing approvals, technical issues, API failures, or access blocks.

  • In case of legal or technological changes, or force majeure events, Xdemór is not liable for resulting consequences and reserves the right to retroactively apply necessary changes.

  • Xdemór may, at its sole discretion, offer a compensatory alternative where available.
