This Policy defines the Tier-2 governance framework for:
1. Purpose #
Xdemór Infrastructure provides data insight and performance reporting services based on platform‑compliant practices and applicable data protection standards. These services are available under its own brands, through licensed brands operating within the Xdemór Infrastructure, and via third‑party businesses using Xdemór’s brands under a white‑label framework.
The focus is on the secure generation, handling, and interpretation of commercial insights and operational performance data to support internal reports, client presentations, and strategic business decisions. All processing is governed by applicable legislation (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and adheres to Xdemór’s published Client Data Usage Policy and related governance documents.
Xdemór may also use its own platform accounts, tracking IDs, and analytics profiles to deliver services quickly, efficiently, and without operational disruption to end clients. Where applicable, anonymised or pseudonymised data collected through these accounts may be processed by Xdemór’s AI & Automation systems to train and optimise proprietary algorithms, with the legitimate aim of improving service quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency for all parties interacting with the Xdemór infrastructure, including end clients, freelancers, agencies, and service providers.

2. Data Types Covered #

3. Data Integrity & Confidentiality #

Reports contain only aggregated or pseudonymised data

No personally identifiable data (PII) is exposed unless contractually authorised

All access is logged and audited

Shared insights remain confidential under NDAs and contractual clauses

AI & Automation systems process only anonymised or pseudonymised data unless explicit consent for identifiable data processing is obtained from the Data Controller
4. Data Ownership & Rights #

Clients retain ownership over raw source data

Xdemór Group retains analytical models, methodologies, visualisations, and proprietary AI algorithms developed from anonymised or pseudonymised data

Insights and AI‑derived outputs may be reused in fully anonymised and generalised form for industry trend reporting, benchmarking, and service optimisation
